Lady Colts fall in first round of state playoffs, 53-17 to No. 2 Santa Fe Indian March 6, 2026 On Friday night New Mexico Military Institute travelled to Santa Fe, NM for their first-round matchup of the NMAA State Championships with Santa Fe Indian School. With the loss, the Lady Colts end the season with a 12-9 overall record. With the win, Santa Fe Indian moves to 23-6 overall and earns a spot in the state quarterfinal on Tuesday. Full Story

Lady Colts fall 43-34 in final regular season matchup with Dexter February 20, 2026 On Friday night New Mexico Military Institute conclude regular season play with a 43-34 loss to Dexter High School at the Godfrey Athletic Center. With the loss, NMMI concluded district play with a 0-6 record and a 12-7 mark overall. With the win, Dexter moves to 6-0 in district play with a 19-5 overall record. Full Story

Lady Colts suffer 49-37 setback in second meeting with Ruidoso February 13, 2026 On Friday night New Mexico Military fell to 11-5 overall with a 49-37 loss to Ruidoso High School at the Godfrey Athletic Center. The Lady Colts fell to 0-4 in district play while Ruidoso improved to 2-2 in district with a 12-9 overall record. Full Story

Lady Colt comeback just short in first district game vs. Tularosa February 6, 2026 The Lady Colts dropped just their second contest of the year, falling at home in their first district match-up of the season to visiting Tularosa High School, 42-39. Full Story

Lady Colts takedown Hagerman Friday night 56-19 January 30, 2026 On Friday night New Mexico Military Institute earned their eighth consecutive win as they knocked off Hagerman 56-19 in the Godfrey Athletic Center. With the win the Lady Colts improve to 11-1 on the year. With the loss, Hagerman dipped to 2-12 on the season. Full Story
